🏡 Stay
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Preparing Zacisze for our guests takes some time, so extending your stay will generally not be possible during the high season. However, if you are booking outside the high season, contact us and we will see what we can do 😊
Before your arrival, you will receive a code for the gate and a code for the door. Check-in takes place without our presence. You will receive all instructions 7 days before arrival.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests.
Guests have a total of 12 beds at their disposal, assuming single occupancy of each bed.
Additionally, upon request, we can provide 2 travel cots for children under the age of 3. Children using travel cots are not included in the maximum number of guests.
The minimum stay is 2 nights during the low season and 4 nights during the high season.
Omulove Zacisze is a place designed for peace, nature, and relaxation. It is not intended for hen parties, bachelor parties, or loud celebrations.
💳 Booking and Payments
The booking becomes binding once a 50% deposit has been paid and the funds have been credited to the account.
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 32 days before arrival.
Yes, a security deposit of PLN 4,000 is required and will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found.

No—the house is completely smoke-free, including e-cigarettes.
Yes, but only in winter. The temperature can be adjusted individually in each room (up to a maximum of 24°C during the winter season).

Yes, the water gradually becomes deeper along the pier—children may use the pier only under adult supervision. At the end of the pier, the water is approximately 3.5 m deep. At the shoreline entrance, it is approximately 50–80 cm deep.

Please follow a few basic rules that help maintain good water quality and reduce energy consumption:
- please rinse the hot tub filters every two days—the instructions are located next to the hot tub,
- before entering the hot tub, please use the shower located next to the spa area 🚿,
- after each use, please close the cover securely.
Leaving the hot tub uncovered when it is not in use results in very high energy consumption because it continuously heats the water.
- the water temperature can be adjusted between 36 and 39 degrees Celsius.

♨️ Children's pool
No, the pool is seasonal and is available from the beginning of the summer holidays until the end of August.
No, it is not, but the pool is in a sunny location, which helps the water warm up faster.

Yes, by prior arrangement. Please clean up after your pet and supervise it while on the property.
Yes, but clever pets may find a way through, so it is best to keep an eye on them.
Yes, we charge a fee for each dog staying with you at Zacisze. The cost is PLN 200 per stay.
🚗 Parking and the property grounds
Parking is available beyond the entrance gate for up to 6 cars, plus 2 cars on the outside driveway.
No—the house's electrical system is not designed for charging electric cars. However, we know how important this is, so we are working to provide an electric vehicle charging station in the future.

On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00 a.m. If you need more time, let us know in advance—we will see what we can do 😊
Before leaving, please:
leave the property generally tidy,
take the rubbish to the waste shelter and follow the waste-sorting rules,
wash any dishes you have used and put them back in their place, or start the dishwasher,
empty the refrigerator,
do not leave any food or other belongings in the house.
If something gets broken, damaged, or needs repairing, simply let us know. This information is very helpful to us.
After your departure, we inspect the house to make sure everything is in order for the next Guests.
If we notice any damage (or know that something happened during the stay), we always take a fair and understanding approach — together, we look for a solution that is fair and will restore the house to its original condition.
In the event of more significant damage, the cost of repairs is assessed individually.

The nearest local grocery store is in Jabłonka, 3 km from Zacisze. A larger store, Dino, is located in Napiwoda, 10 km from Zacisze.

Enjoy the fireplace, games, books, and a relaxing time at home. There is also a mini gym in the basement and a games room with table football and billiards.
🤍 Practical arrangements
Yes. If you need an invoice, please let us know when making your reservation.
After check-out, our team inspects the condition of the house.
If no damage is found, the security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days from the check-out date.
Minor incidents, such as a broken mug, glass, or plate, are not grounds for deducting money from the security deposit — we only ask that you let us know so we can replace them.
No — the number of Guests staying at and spending the night in the house must match the reservation.
