Catering for groups at Omulove Zacisze

Are you planning a stay with a larger group and would also like to take a break from cooking? At Omulove Zacisze, you can choose from a variety of catering options—from breakfast baskets and snacks to lunches, dinners, sushi, and sets for an evening together around the campfire.

Breakfast Basket

From May until the end of September, you can order a local meat-free breakfast basket delivered directly to the door of Omulove Zacisze.
Inside, you will find freshly home-baked bread, free-range eggs, cheeses, vegetables, fruit, salads, something sweet, and ingredients for preparing the hot part of your breakfast in your own kitchen.
One basket is prepared for up to 6 people.
Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

Price: PLN 350 / basket for 6 people

Light snacks are perfect for an evening together, a gathering on the terrace, a workshop, or a corporate retreat. You can order individual boxes or put together a larger selection for the entire group.

Lunches and dinners for groups

During your stay, you can order lunches or dinners based on Polish cuisine and served in chafing dishes, ensuring that the food stays warm for a long time and can be conveniently served to the entire group at a time of your choice.
The menu may include soups, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as side dishes. This is a convenient option for family stays, corporate trips, workshops and retreats alike.

We arrange the menu individually depending on the date, number of people and availability of dishes. We confirm the delivery cost before the order is placed.

Sushi and Asian cuisine

If you fancy something other than classic Polish cuisine, you can order Asian dishes and sushi. It is a great option for a group dinner, an evening with friends or to add variety to a larger group's stay.

Campfire evening – a ready-made package for groups

For a campfire evening, you can order a ready-made package for the entire group. It is a simple and convenient option for an outdoor dinner together, without having to shop in advance and gather all the necessary items.

The package includes per person:

2 sausages
bread
3 potatoes for roasting in the campfire
ketchup, mustard

Price: PLN 50 per person, minimum order: 8 people

Home-style meals from Bistro Kwadrans

If you feel like enjoying traditional Polish cuisine, you can also order dishes directly from Bistro Kwadrans in Nidzica.
We particularly recommend the daily specials – soup plus a main course – which are a quick and convenient lunch option for a larger group.
The menu and prices may change, so it is worth confirming the current offer directly with Bistro Kwadrans before ordering.

Minimum order: 6 dishes.

Orders should be placed directly with the bistro, preferably in the morning.

When booking your stay, you can select your preferred catering option or email us. We will then provide the contact details of the restaurant or local supplier so that you can order meals directly.

Invoice – available upon request

Upon request, the order can be included on the invoice for your stay.

Full service on our part – coordination and delivery for 15% of the order value

If you would prefer us to take care of everything for you, we can coordinate the order and food delivery to Omulove Zacisze. The service fee is 15% of the order value.
