The Museum of Folk Architecture – Ethnographic Park in Olsztynek is one of the most interesting places in the region for those who want to experience Masuria beyond its lakes and forests.
Historic examples of traditional rural architecture have been gathered across a large, green area. The entire Ethnographic Park covers approximately 39 hectares, so it is worth allowing more than an hour for your visit.

Do not plan to visit the open-air museum as a quick half-hour stop. It covers a large area, and it is best to set aside around 2–3 hours, especially if you want to explore each building at a leisurely pace.
