Outside the peak season, we normally offer check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 2:00 PM. However, these times must be confirmed by us on each occasion.   Is it possible to arrive or leave earlier or later?   Preparing Zacisze for our guests takes some time, so extending your stay is unlikely to be possible during the peak season. However, if you are booking outside the peak season, contact us and we will see what we can do 😊   How does key handover/check-in work?   Before your arrival, we will send you a code for the gate and a code for the door. Check-in takes place without our presence. You will receive all instructions 7 days before arrival.   How many people can stay overnight in the house?   Dom przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 15 Gości – do tej liczby wliczamy dorosłych i dzieci od 3 lat.

Guests have a total of 12 beds at their disposal, assuming single occupancy of each bed.

What is the minimum length of stay?   The minimum stay is 2 nights during the low season and 5 nights during the high season.   Are there quiet hours?   Omulove Zacisze is a place designed for peace, nature, and relaxation. It is not intended for hen parties, stag parties, or loud celebrations.   **💳  **Reservations and Payments****   When is a reservation confirmed?   The reservation becomes binding once a 50% deposit has been paid and the funds have been credited to the account.   What is the cancellation policy?   Up to 180 days before arrival – a refund of the amount paid, less a PLN 1,000 administration fee, or a one-time change of dates, subject to our approval.

179–101 days before arrival – the deposit amounting to 20% of the cost of the stay is non-refundable. It may be transferred to another date, subject to our approval.

100–31 days before arrival – the 50% of the cost of the stay already paid is non-refundable. The funds may be transferred to another date, subject to our approval.

Less than 30 days before arrival – the reservation is non-refundable, and the fee amounts to 100% of the cost of the stay.

If we manage to rent out the cancelled dates again, we may refund all or part of the amount paid, in proportion to the value of the new reservation.   Is a security deposit required?   Yes, a security deposit of PLN 2,000 is required. It must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival and will be refunded within 7 business days after departure if no damage is found.   **🌿  **House and amenities****   Is smoking allowed in the house?   No — smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, including e-cigarettes.   Can the temperature in the house be adjusted?   Yes, but only in winter. The temperature can be adjusted individually in each room (up to a maximum of 24°C during the winter season).   Is the house heated?   Yes — the house has underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room.   Is there a washing machine in the house?   Yes, with a capacity of up to 11 kg of laundry 🙂   Are towels and bed linen provided?   Yes 🙂 each guest is provided with an individual set of bedding (pillow + duvet + blanket if it is cold), as well as two towels (one small and one large).   Is there an iron?   Yes, an iron and ironing board are available in the laundry room.   **📶  **Internet and multimedia****   Is Wi-Fi available in the house?   Yes, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi are available in the house. You will find the password on-site.   Is there a TV / Netflix / smart TV?   Guests must provide access to film and music streaming platforms themselves.   🛏️  ****Bedrooms**  **   How many bedrooms are there, and how are they equipped?   The house has 7 bedrooms, including:

* 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor
* 5 bedrooms upstairs 
* Number of beds in the house: 12
* We can place 2 travel cots for children in bedrooms 1 and 4.   Is there a gap between the beds when they are joined together?   No. We designed the beds from scratch so that, when joined together, they form an even, comfortable sleeping surface—with no gap or difference in height. A detailed description of the beds, bedrooms, and interior design can be found in the “Interior” section.   **👶  **Children and amenities****   Is the house suitable for young children?   Yes. Upon request, we provide:

* a travel cot with a mattress (dimensions: 90 × 120 cm),
* a bedside cot (90 × 60 cm),
* a wheeled changing table with a baby bath,
* a high chair,
* plastic plates, cups, and cutlery for young children.   Is the property safe for children?   The property is fenced; however, as in any place close to nature, children should remain under adult supervision.

Please take particular care near the jetty and the lake, where the water is deep.   Is there a playground on the property?   Yes — Omulove Zacisze has a playground designed to meet children's needs, allowing them to play safely and freely outdoors.   **🍽️  **Kitchen****   Is the kitchen fully equipped?   Yes — the kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for cooking for a larger group.

A detailed list of appliances and equipment is available in the “Interior” section.   **🚿 **Bathrooms and toilets****   How many bathrooms are there in the house?   There are three bathrooms in the house, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor.   Are the bathrooms fully equipped?   Yes — all bathrooms are fully equipped. You can find details in the “Interior” section.   Is there a hair dryer?   Yes, each of the three bathrooms has a hair dryer with a diffuser 😊   **🔥  **Fireplace, barbecue, and campfire****   Can the fireplace be used?   Yes, but please use it according to the instructions and only with the designated firewood.   Can a campfire be lit?   Yes — campfires may only be lit in the designated area and using only the firewood provided for this purpose.   Is barbecuing allowed on the terrace?   Yes, but barbecuing is only permitted in the designated area.   **💦  **Lake, jetty, and water sports equipment****   Is the jetty private?   Yes — the jetty is exclusively for guests of Omulove Zacisze.   Is the lake by the house deep?   Yes, the water by the jetty gradually gets deeper — children may use the jetty only under adult supervision. At the end of the jetty, the water is approximately 3.5 m deep. At the shore entry, it is approximately 50–80 cm deep.   Is water sports equipment available to guests?   Yes — 2 SUP boards and 1 pedal boat (for a maximum of 4 people) are available to guests during the day.   Do life jackets have to be worn on the water?   Yes — life jackets are mandatory.   **♨️  **Hot tub****   Is there an additional charge for using the hot tub?   Tak — jacuzzi jest dodatkowo płatne: 1 wieczór – 300 zł, weekend (2 wieczory) – 500 zł, 5 wieczorów – 1000 zł, 7 wieczorów – 1300 zł, każdy kolejny wieczór – 150 zł. Korzystanie w godzinach 18:00–23:00. Jacuzzi możesz dodać do rezerwacji jako dodatek albo wykupić na miejscu – nagrzanie wody trwa ok. 6 godzin, dlatego daj nam znać odpowiednio wcześniej.

Detailed rules of use can be found in the house rules 🤍   Are there any special rules for using the hot tub?   Please follow a few basic rules that help maintain good water quality and reduce energy consumption:

- please rinse the hot tub filters every two days — instructions can be found next to the hot tub,

- before entering the hot tub, please use the shower located next to the spa area 🚿,

- after each use, please close the cover securely.

Leaving the hot tub uncovered when it is not in use results in very high energy consumption because it continuously heats the water.
- the water temperature can be adjusted between 36 and 39 degrees Celsius.

- please do not alter the hot tub settings.   **♨️  **Children's pool****   Is the pool available throughout the entire stay?   No, the pool is seasonal and is available from the beginning of the summer holidays until the end of August.   Is the pool water heated?   No, it is not, but the pool is in a sunny location, which helps it warm up faster.   **🐾  **Pets****   Can I bring a pet?   Yes, dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. An additional one-time fee applies to the stay:

- Dog up to 10 kg – PLN 200

- Dog from 10 to 25 kg – PLN 250

- Dog over 25 kg – PLN 300

Please let us know in advance that you are bringing a pet — this will allow us to prepare the property accordingly and arrange additional cleaning.   Is the property fenced?   Yes, but clever pets may find a way out — it is worth keeping an eye on them.   Additional dog fee   Staying with a dog involves an additional one-time fee based on the pet's weight:

Small dog – up to 10 kg: PLN 200

Medium-sized dog – from 10 to 25 kg: PLN 250

Large dog – over 25 kg: PLN 300

Please let us know in advance that you will be bringing a pet. This will allow us to prepare for your stay accordingly and arrange additional cleaning. 🐶   **🚗 **Parking and the property grounds****   Where can cars be parked?   Parking is available behind the entrance gate for a maximum of 6 cars, plus 2 cars on the driveway outside.   Is it possible to charge an electric car?   No—the house's electrical system is not designed for charging electric cars. However, we understand how important this is, so we are working to install a vehicle charging station in the future.   **🧳  **Check-out—what should you keep in mind?****   What happens on the day of departure?   On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00 a.m. If you need more time, let us know in advance—we will see what we can do 😊

Before leaving, please:

leave the house generally tidy,

take the rubbish to the designated shelter and follow the waste-sorting rules,

wash any used dishes and put them away, or start the dishwasher,

empty the refrigerator,

do not leave any food or other belongings in the house.

If anything has been broken, damaged, or needs repair, simply let us know. This information is very helpful to us.   Refundable security deposit—how does it work?   After your departure, we inspect the condition of the house to make sure everything is ready for the next Guests.

If we notice any damage—or know that something happened during the stay—we always take a reasonable, understanding approach and work together to find a fair solution that will allow the house to be restored to its original condition.

For more significant damage, the cost of repairs is assessed individually.   **🛒  **Local area and practical information****   Are there attractions for children and walking and cycling routes nearby?   Yes—you can find suggestions for children's attractions, as well as walking and cycling routes, in the “Local Area” section.   Shops and restaurants   Unfortunately, there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. The nearest one is Dino in the village of Napiwoda, 10 km from Zacisze. 

We have also described recommended restaurants and places worth visiting in the “Guide” section.   **🌧️ **Weather and alternatives****   What can you do when it rains?   Enjoy the fireplace, games, books, and a relaxing time at home. In addition, the basement has a mini gym and a games room with table football and billiards.   **🤍  **Organizational matters****   Can an invoice be issued?   Yes. If you need an invoice, please let us know when making your reservation.   How is the security deposit refunded?   After check-out, our team inspects the condition of the house.

If no damage is found, the security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days from the check-out date.

Minor incidents, such as a broken mug, glass, or plate, are not grounds for deducting money from the security deposit—we only ask that you let us know so we can replace them.   Can additional Guests be invited to stay overnight?   No—the number of guests staying and sleeping in the house must match the reservation.   What should I do in the event of a malfunction or problem?   Please contact the property operator immediately—we are here to help and resolve the situation quickly.
